Former mountain restaurant, now rented out to groups as a spacious ski lodge featuring a fireplace and sauna. The living and dining areas offer an exceptionally generous amount of space, complemented by a well-equipped professional-grade kitchen. The accommodation strikes a fine balance between attractive hotel-style rooms and sleeping quarters with a rustic lodge atmosphere. A lovely wellness area includes a sauna, showers, a relaxation room, and a fitness room. There is also a large conservatory with seating, as well as a balcony—both offering magnificent mountain views.
The chalet boasts a unique location at an altitude of 1,800 meters, situated above Les Crosets and right in the heart of the Portes du Soleil ski area. It offers magnificent panoramic views of the impressive Dents du Midi mountain range and the ski slopes of Les Crosets. Ski-in/ski-out access is possible directly to and from the house, depending on snow conditions (in times of low snowfall, the distance to the nearest slope is approximately 450 meters).

Notes: Although the property contains a higher number of designated beds, the maximum occupancy is limited to 40 people. The additional sleeping arrangements provide flexibility for group room assignments. A separate apartment for the property owner is located in a distinct section of the building.
